During her 37-year career in healthcare management, Christina has led multiple projects and teams in a highly competitive healthcare industry. Her areas of expertise include: team building, project management, operating rooms and infection control. Her research has centered on the effect of team building as a way to reduce operating room errors and improve efficiencies. Areas of training include: Six Sigma, Just Culture, and hospital regulations. As a CEO/CFO of an ambulatory surgery center, she gained experience with capital and operational budgets. Christina excels in leading teams to move the company’s vision and strategy forward.

Roger Bogsted has over 25 years of experience as an executive running organizations and operations in both the public and private sectors.  He has extensive experience in media relations, field operations and project management.  As a thoroughbred owner and breeder in New York, Roger is well versed in the health challenges confronting the equine community.  He is a member of the New York Thoroughbred Breeders, (NYTB) and the New York Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association, Inc.  Roger Bogsted graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Sociology.  He later completed graduate work in Forensic Science at the George Washington University while working full-time for the Long Island Congressional Caucus on Capitol Hill.

Marcellus Walker, M.D.

Dr. Walker is a Duke University trained internal medicine physician with over 30 years of experience integrating innovations in healthcare.  In addition to his classical medical training, Dr. Walker has extensive experience in integrative medicine approaches for humans.  He was a panel member for the National Institute of Health's Consensus Panel on Acupuncture and has sought ways to bring non-conventional approaches to healthcare, in order to improve care delivery.  Dr. Walker has also been involved with institutional leadership for over ten years.  As one of the founding members of Accelerated Equine Health (AEH), Dr. Walker has seen multiple opportunities to innovate healthcare delivery for horses, as well as the opportunity to support veterinarians, owners, trainers, and others who are devoted to the equine industry. AEH was started to help bring innovation, to support early diagnosis and disease prevention to the equine industry.
